Embroidery is the fine art of digitizing your logo or custom design, and transforming it into thousands of stitches. Then we precisely stitch it directly onto a garment or accessory in up to 16 colors of thread. The result is a durable, beautiful, product that will show off your logo for years to come.
Why Embroidery?
Embroidery is the best choice for uneven materials, like fuzzy fleece jackets, fluffy sherpa blankets, cozy knit beanies, or across the seam of your favorite baseball cap.
Embroidery isn't suitable for very tiny type, or fine lines which are not only difficult to sew, but also tend to disappear into fuzzy fabrics.
Embroidery is also not always the best choice for large logos. While we can embroider large designs, embroidery is priced per thousand stitches. So a large design may have tens of thousands of stitches and will cost a lot more than screenprinting would.
Embroidery has a lower initial set up cost than multi-color screenprinting.
Embroidery is a very durable print and will probably outlast the garment it is on. So, on things that get a lot of abuse, like aprons, embroidery would outlast screenprinting.
It also adds a high perceived value to any product, and makes your company look good!
